Eten troubles

I've been considering getting an Eten M500 or maybe holding out for the M600 with WM5 & WiFi.

I phoned buymobilephones.net and was told they don't stock the M500 any more, as so many people had had problems with them.

Have any of you guys had problems with this nice looking PDA & do you think it's worth getting one.

If I don't get one, I guess it'll be a choice between the SPV M500 & the Qtek S110; both of which are inferior performance-wise & don't have as much RAM.
