MPX220 Random shutdown

Hi, guys I have a problem with my mpx220. I have rom v1.47, all is better but I have a random shutdown of the phone when the charge is low.My question is:depend of firmware or what?Excuse me for my bad english and thank a lot for reply.

Windows automatically shut down when the battery charge is low in order to prevent memory loss and/or data corruption. You should charge the battery before it runs out.
