Problems with factory reset on my vodafone VPx

HI,

I'm having some problems with a Vodafone VPx, it's failing to sync with our exchange server.

I've checked all the settings and they all look ok.

When it fails the sync it also reccommends resetting the device.

I remember i used to be able to reset to factory defaults by pressing the reset button on the bottom of the handset, however when i do it now it just restarts the pda.

I've tried it with the battery and sim card out and that had no effect either.

Does anyone know how to reset to factory defaults?

Other than by letting the battery run down?

no problem, i've cracked it.

you just hold down the power button whilst pressing the reset button.
