Keypad lock and reminders!

Hello all.

Great site. Very useful. Although it does seem that a lot of you guys are way way ahead of me in the world of understanding all the programming speak.

I've just bought my first SPV C500 and am very very pleased with it.

I've had it for 2 weeks now and so far haven't touched my ipaq!

I've got a problem and a question.

The problem is this. I set reminders for tasks and appointments to sound but as I get the phone out of the case I invariably hit one of the buttons which seems to cancel the reminder from the screen. So I pick up the phone, unlock the keypad lock and have no idea what the reminder was for.

Does this make sense? Has anyone else had this problem? An ideas on how to solve it?

You could always lock the keypad but then you can't unlock the phone without dismissing the reminder if it's on the display.

(Hold down "call end" for 3 seconds)

I'm trying to find a piece of software that will allow me to snooze a reminder for longer than what appears to be two minutes. Maybe a choice of 1, 5, 10, 30, 1 hour would be nice.
