files update via activesync

I was able to easily keep certain folders synchronized with my Ipaq Pocket PC via Activesync - but do not see that option with my SMT5600/activesync 3.7 combo.

I would like to keep some text and Excel files up to date on the phone as I sync each day without resorting to a card reader or manually 'explore'ing and updating.

Sadly that option has never been available for Smartphones.
