Activesync 3.7/8 problem with SMT 5600

Alright, I've looked all over for some talk about this, but there seems to be none:

Activesync 3.7/.8 seems to think that it's completely synced to the max between Outlook 2002 and my calender software on the phone (SMT5600, Windows M 2003 SE), but the appointment times do not match up- a meeting on my PC for 11:00 shows up on my phone as 12:00.

So if I change the appointment on my phone to 11:00, it syncs to Outlook and pushes the appointment BACK an hour to 10:00. It seems that the two devices exist in different time zones...

The problem is also consistent- it works the same in Papyrus

Is this familiar to anyone?

Also, is there a general approach to reinstalling activsync or the calender software that would be a good choice?

Problem fixed, simply.

Ron at SBSH in the Papyrus forum reminded me about the daylight savings adjustment, and that it might be turned off on one end or the other.

I changed the setting on my PC Date and Time Properties-->Time Zone-->Click "Automatically adjust clock for daylight savings changes"

it was unclicked.
