Cleaning up Databases

Hi all.

I've started using Sprite Backup after a few random Hard resets..

When I restore, it always seems to restore with some errors, but all seems fine, apart from when I re-aactivesync. It seems to take an age to scan for changes, then I get a HUGE amount of re-syncing to do.. activesyny doesn't seem to like the restored PPC...

Just now I re-cradled my PPC after taking a call (not even after a restore) and it's trying to re-sync everything again and tells me its gonna me 20 mins..

I assume the databases are corrupt or something. Anyone have any ideas?
