M500 Newb

Just got a M500...love it :o

A few things that I wanted to know were :

How can I see on the phone how much Ive used in calls & internet ?

Can I run apps & games directly via an SD card ? as not much room on the phone.

I got 1 month 4mb included but have no idea how much info this is. Obviously on a pc it would be rubbish.....Ive been using msn messenger quite a bit & left the connection open by mistake a few times.....will this cost much ?

Running apps & games from the SD card is definitely a good thing. It is always best to keep the phone memory as free as possible as the phone will run much quicker if there is a lot of internal memory to use.

whats a good reccomended 1gb card for the m500? are the ebay from hongkong ones ok ?

I'm using a 1Gb miniSD card that I used to have in my C500. At times it would be nice to have more space, so you might want to look at the 2Gb cards. Beware though - there are some reports of some 2Gb cards not working

As for usage...

I'm not aware of ANY app to monitor minutes, but your phone should have come with Spb GPRS Monitor.

4Mb is what I have and covers regular (as in frequent) email use. For internet access I use WiFi.

GPRS is billed by the Kb, not the time you spend online, and generally speaking Messenger use doesn't take much/many Kb

I think I'll just get a 1mb atm due to cost...it seems I can get a 1gb for about 30 squid on ebay.
