Recommended Bluetooth headset for Vpx

Hi, I need to recommend a Bluetooth headset for my director who is using a Voda Vpx device (Qtek 9090 I believe is the same). Can anyone recommend a good Bluetooth headset that WILL work with this device?

I have heard of various 'pairing' problems with some BT headsets and Windows devices.
