Motorola Bluetooth Headset

I posted this at MGN too, thought i'd post here too, wanna try to see if anyone can help me as soon as possible as this problem is driving me nuts....

I was just wondering if anyone knows some stuff about bluetooth headsets?? I just recently purchased a Motorola HS820 Bluetooth Headset, and I tried it out by getting a friend to call me. The only problem I am having with it is that my friend keeps telling me that he can hear himself when he talks and finds it highly annoying!!

Is there any way to fix this problem??
