What ROM for "volume" and better video.

I just got an unlocked MPX220 from ebay and everything works great except the "sound" issue and to me, the camera and video camera seems VERY fuzzy (almost static like).

Here is my specs:

ROM update versions:

Operator:0.250.1003.0

Manufacturer: 1.30.0.0 *I assume this is the older "buggy" version.

Microsoft: 4.21.14315.0

Language: 0.150.0.0

File System: 4.21.14315.0

I've heard of 1.43 and 1.47 upgrade but I also heard these BEARLY fix the sound issue and have no upgrade for the camera or video cam. Is there any fixes/tweaks to get better picture quality from camera and video. i realize I'm not gonna get digital SLR status here but the quality is seriously the worst I've had for any camera phone (and I've had some pretty cheap cam phones). Thanks for the help and suggestions guys.

{note, I've messed with all manual settings for the camera and it doesn't help}

The MPX220 has always been know to be poor quality in the camera department from day one. Looks like moto cut corners in the quality department.
