are they any other different syncing programs apart from microsoft activesync because i cant get it to work

What is the problem you are having?

Have you installed Outlook (not Outlook Express)

also did you make sure you installed Activsync before plugging the phone into the computer?

in active sync options i cant get connection settings to come up all that comes up is get connected when i click on connection settings

try reinstalling active sync as i have had a problem like this b4.

yes i have tried this. ive tried installing old versions new versions everything. when i finish installing it goes to get connected it doesnt detect it. wen i click cancel and then click on connection settings get conneced comes up again.
