Guest kerem Posted September 17, 2005 Report Posted September 17, 2005 I'm using Papyrus (v.1.1.10) on WM2002, and my device is mpx200. i am allowed to enter tasks through the Papyrus programme interface, and view them at the instance of entering. However, after exiting the programme, i can not make them visible again when I re-open Papyrus, though, it is possible to see these tasks by using other task software, such as, "Tasks" or "Oxios toDo List". Is there any way to view tasks by Papyrus, so that I will not have to use other task management software? Thanks.
Guest SinisterJunkie Posted September 17, 2005 Report Posted September 17, 2005 First I would suggest installing the latest version. There has been a lot of additional features, tweaks, and bugs that Amit and the SBSH team have fixed since v1.1.10 was released at the end of april. Here is a link to the latest version. Click Here for Papyrus Version 1.1.23

Unfortunately, there is not as far as my problem is concerned.
Guest SinisterJunkie Posted September 18, 2005 Report Posted September 18, 2005 Not sure what could be causing that. You might want to check the settings in Papyrus (Menu - Settings - Options - Tasks Settings - OnCalendar View). Also check the View setting under the Tasks View (Menu - View). Not sure what else it could be, but I will keep an eye out.

Kind regards, -Gerd <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Hi GOS, Thank you for your information. Now, at least, I am sure, that the problem is not related to my settings, and I wait for the new release of Papyrus. Not sure what could be causing that. You might want to check the settings in Papyrus (Menu - Settings - Options - Tasks Settings - OnCalendar View). Also check the View setting under the Tasks View (Menu - View). Not sure what else it could be, but I will keep an eye out. SinisterJunkie, Thank you again for your concern. As GOS' reply clarified the issue, for the record, I will only note here, that, regarding the settings you addressed, all the check boxes were ticked on the calendar view settings of my device. Regards, Kerem
Guest amitregev Posted September 18, 2005 Report Posted September 18, 2005 (edited) I'm really sorry for this issue Kerem  I promise that we won't release the upcoming update without having the 'missing tasks' issue fixed. We will probably need some help from one of the users that is having this issue to test and resolve this (which I will later do through our forums :o ), but you can be sure this will be fixed with the upcoming update :( Edited September 18, 2005 by amitregev

Regards, Kerem <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Hi Kerem :( I'm actually working now to try and duplicate this issue and it will be great if you could work with me for a few minutes via MSN messenger to test a few test versions that will allow me to learn a bit more about this issue. If possible, I'm currently online with account [email protected], it will be GREAT help if you could add me and we could run a few tests regarding this issue and get this solved ASAP :D (I'm holding the upcoming update at this stage until I will be able to get this solved  , we already got the line breaking issue solved for the upcoming update and a few new features for WM5 users...). Many thanks for the support! :P
