SPV C500 - Movie playback

Hi,

New to the board. I downloaded 3ivx onto my pc so I could play video's I took on my C500.

I can now view the movies but when I open them an error message appears stating "Unable to download an appropriate decompressor."

When I close this error message the clip plays but with no sound. Any ideas?

Install Quicktime instead. It's able to playback MJPEG with LPCM audio and mpeg4 with amr audio. I recommend to record video on your SPV set to MJPEG/WAV. It has highest framerate but consumes more memory though.

BTW: You can convert these formats into regular divx/mp3 by WinAvi video converter. Then you can use almost any player such as BSPlayer or Windows media player to play the stuff. Good luck!
