Sync smartphone and pocketpc w/out PC

I carry a smartphone and pocketpc for different reasons. Sometimes I update my tasks and contacts on my pocketpc but would like to sync them with my smartphone as well.

I call always wait until I get home to sync with my computer but would like an over-the-air tool to sync tasks or contacts, etc...

I have not seen any way to do an over-the-air, but for syncing two devices you need Activsync and your PC.

...I use a solution from Intellisync that sits on my Exchange server...syncs everything over the air on a manual, scheduled or push basis...I love it and it means I don't have to worry about connecting phone and PDA to the PC...
