So, on the plus side WM5, USB2.0 connectivity

On the downside, no media buttons and (I know subjectively) worse looking than the C550.

Will WM5 open up a world of new experience for the Windows Smartphone user?

Any word as to when it is expected?

'No wifi' confirmed then, guess this makes this the HTC Faraday. SP5 or qtek 8310 for me then, the music Tornados (sp5m, 8300) look a bit chunky for my tastes.

I have to admit, since owning a C550 I find it a better looking phone than either the C500 or the C600.

On looks alone:

C550 > C500 > C600

EDGE is available on Orange France now and I have it on very good authority that it is coming to the UK :o :( . It is too impractical/expensive at the moment to have UMTS/3G covering the whole country so EDGE will fill the gap. It can be applied to existing GSM sites.

I read all the topics here ,i do not doubt C600 will b a good phone ,but C550 and C600 are both based on the good old C500 .There may not b a phone like C500 ! :o
