befor you say it i have e-mailed tomtom with my product code. However if you can help then great. I have used tt mobile since last sept and it's great. This morning I foolishly put an mmc card from my mate's pda in to my phone (it contained a copy of tt 5 (not mobile) I quickly removed it thinking how silly i was being. Since then my spv e200 will not load the tt mob from the mmc card and does not turn up on the menu where it always was. Do I need to hard-reset or is there any other solution??

thank you for reading :??:

hehehe, you spoil all our fun :o

i would check that you still have the 0277 (or whatever its called) file on the card still, if its not copy the relevent files from the cd back onto the card and try reinstalling the cab files

later

Beery the TomTom Mobile for the Smartphone was never released on cd so it's not possible to copy the files. All the files that are needed are on the phone.

Basically explore the phone with a file manager then select and run the exe from the 2577 folder on the storage card. The TT icon should then appear in the start menu.

hi aw thanks for the help. The 0277 file is still on the card. I have found the file with activesync but it does not let you execute files when you click on the autorun. do i need to put another programme on my phone to help execute this file?

Use the file manager on the phone not on the PC.

Personally I use Smart Explorer from www.binarys.com
