Guest dazultra Posted September 21, 2005 Report Posted September 21, 2005 I ported my number from orange to O2 when i bought my S110, and it seems as though the 'switch' happened last night. I am able to receive calls and messages, and ring out, but I cant send a message, please help!!! :o

I am able to receive calls and messages, and ring out, but I cant send a message, please help!!! :o Had this when I joined orange from one2one - speak to the incoming networks porting team, and get them to flag it as a problem with the outgoing network - they had to 'release' and 'recover' my number - i.e they had to try it again, so another day of no calls when they do.... Guest jim.mason Posted September 21, 2005 Report Posted September 21, 2005 I had the same thing with my Qtek S110 left Orange and went to O2. On way home from work had no signal until late in teh evening. Couldn't send texts etc until the next morning and just assumed it was part of the transfer. How long has it been? Jim
Guest dazultra Posted September 21, 2005 Report Posted September 21, 2005 How long has it been? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Around 16ish hours now, just rang O2 customer services, they said that text messaging is the last part of the process of porting a number and to wait til the evening and it should be fixed..
