My phone contract is due for renewal in a few months and I am really unsure what phone to get. Can anyone recommend a phone. I am looking for something with a lot of features, maybe gps not sure must be smartphone or pocket pc would like version 5. I also would like may be SD cards rather than mini-sd as storage. The phone doesn't have to be out yet as long as it is out by December.

S110 is nice (my M500 is nice, but 128Mb would be nicer still)

Takes SD cards (or miniSD in an adpater)

WM2003SE though, not WM5

The JasJar is WM5 I think, but it's way too big for me.

There's talk about a C600 but too many conflicting specifications to know for sure what it's going to be

Don't worry about that :o

Perhaps, like me, you might like to see how the HTC Blizzard turns out. It's going to be a Pocket PC in a Smartphone 'candy bar' format.

The phone doesn't have to be out yet as long as it is out by December.

In which case I would recommend keeping an eye on the News section. New devices are being announced every week and I think you'll be rewarded for waiting just a bit longer.

SPV C500

all the way baby lol

well, M5000 will be released next month from orange which has WM5 apperently (I wouldnt trust orange)

jasjar or whatever is called which is basically M5000 but simfree has WM5 on it for sure but its pricey

I would recommend getting an SPV and not a pocket PC style device simply because well, it kinda defeats the purpose of SPV's - small compact mobile phone but Windows powered :(

better having a smaller cooler device rather than carrying a pocket PC about - dont have anything against it personally, I just prefer C500/SPV's :o

C600 will be released but no wireless. if it is 3G then it will have WM5

Orange say that non of their devices will have WM5 until next year when they are doing a huge launce for 3G on their network.

still, they should have WM5 on SPV's that are not 3G....
