swapping up mini sd's

either im pretty inept with the search, or no-ones asked this before.... either way should be pretty easy to answer.

getting a luvverly new 1gb card for my phone, can i just copy the files/folder structure from my old card to my new one? or is this a bit of a no-no. i'd rather not reinstall all the programs

Yes you can just copy from one to the other. Just keep the file structure the same.
