Phone stop responding when coping files.

Hello, i just got a new tmobile sda, and i bought a 512mb mini sd card to store files.

but the problem is the phone always stop responding when am coping large files to it say about 20mb up. and this is the second memory card that i will buy to use in it.

is the problem with the phone? can i re-instal the windows mobile software on the phone?

please help or should i return back to network?

What you need to do is get a card reader as Activsync and the phone can time out.

The other way is to keep your phone active while transfering files.

thanks i have a card reader which i use with the sd card adapyer, but even whe i copy files with the card reader and i put the crad back in my phone, the data always get corrupted and the storage content changes to strange file names.

please help.

Corrupt data can be a result of the way you remove the card from the card reader.

Try formatting the card using Task Manager from www.binarys.com
