M500 battery life?

I've just got a m500 and just wondering what peoples average battery life is? I'm seeming to get about a day and thats with fair usage (mainly to text, use IE & Messenger for 45 minutes, read ebooks for roughly 3 hours) and was wondering if that was around the average for it? Or if I should be worried :o

Battery life will be roughly 6 hours on a fully conditioned battery. How long that lasts in real life is extremely variable.

cool, thats what I'm getting, although it managed a fair bit of use for two days with only a quick 1 hour charge in the middle so I'm happy

Is there any way to get a notification when the battery runs to say below 10%? An audible ping, like on the great C500? Just that yesterday I was yakking away and the phone ran out of juice without any sort of warning. I've had a look around but can't find and settings. I do know it gives you a warning at some point but as far as I can remember it only appears once.

Any help appreciated.

Once the battey drops below 10%, the LED indicator starts flashing RED. Surely you can't miss that while staring into the screen doing your funky stuff?

Damnit, just re-read your post and deciphered the word "yakking" properly :o Umm... I can't think of any 3rd party apps that do it, someone else surely might.

I spotted that I'm getting about 6 hrs (only had it two days), yet the orange manual says that I should get 11hrs(PDA). Does this mean flight mode only?!

Seems way off to me!! :|
