Joystick not enjoyable !

Hi !!!

I'm new 2 this 'net 'kind of thing so apologize me hi hi...

I'm having this problem about my joystick on my xphone ii, sometimes it won't go down.

Now it learn something that make it won't go up and right, I wonder why so i removed all program and then i did the 'hardreset'. NOTHING CHANGE !!!

I'm gettin a'little frustated here, somebody help me??? [-o<
