help needed cant pair gps with c500

i have tom tom 5 on my phone working fine but cant get my gps receiver to work.

its a BT-77 GPS Receiver.

any one help??

ps... it works fine with the tom tom receiver.

Using the 'Search' function locate the Modaco thread which talks about a .cab file named 'AnyGPSTweak'. Install that and all should be ok.

it works ok with the tom tom receiver but it wont work with the bt-77.

will that sort it you think ?

is there something about re naming the receiver or am i just not pairing it rite?

I had a SPV C550 and 3rd party GPS receiver and for me the 'AnyGPSTweak' registry tweak was the only thing that worked. I tried everything else including the renaming of the 'pairing' but it just would not recognise the GPS device.

Try it and it may work for you too. You can always reverse the change by de-installing through Activesynch.
