m500 bluetooth problems

hi just recently bought the spv m500 and having problems sending files via bluetooth

i had the c500 previously and used smartexplorer for all my sending

my head is about to burst though cos i cant either;seem to get s/explorer to load on m500 or i cant find a similar program to use..

would greatly appreciate if someone out there can direct me towards bluetooth heaven and let me know where im going wrong

Assuming your SPV M500 came with File Explorer you should be able to highlight the file in question by holding the stylus down on it, then choose Beam File. It'll search over both Infrared and Bluetooth (obviously you'll have to have activated bluetooth first).

The probable reason you can't get the old explorer program to work is because it was for Smartphone. Your M500 will only run Pocket PC software not Smartphone software, and vice versa with your Smartphone.
