Guest thewitney Posted September 25, 2005 Report Posted September 25, 2005 Hello everyone. Whenever I connect my C500 to activesync, before it syncs a Microsoft LDAP directory box appears 3 times. The info displayed within these boxes is: Server name: NULL Port: 3268 User name: NULL Password: (blank) On each of the 3 occasions I just click on OK and then the phone starts to sync?! Any ideas what it is? Thanks

Guest Confucious Posted September 27, 2005 Report Posted September 27, 2005 I don't know much about Exchange but Port: 3268 isthe TCPIP port it uses so it looks like your phone is trying to connect to an exchange server. The fact that you get the error message 3 times made me think that the 3 check boxes might be ticked. Try looking under all the settings and deleting anything referying to synching with a remote PC or server. Sorry I can't be of more help.
