smartphone 2003 bluetooth device pairing

Hi, I am a newbie in windows mobile app dev. Now I am playing arount with Visual Studio 2005 beta2 and programming in C++.

If anybody can tell me how to PAIR smartphone to a LAN ACCESS POINT (another bt device running under LINUX), so that the smartphone can access internet via bluetooth? It should be an application like GNUBOX under symbian, or should have function as the pairing function built-in smartphone2003 (Start menu -> ... -> setting -> bluetooth -> discovering devices -> ... -> pairing).

Thanks in advance! Really appreciate that anybody would post some code sample or show me steps in building such app.
