start and stop sounds !

I am a new user for O2 xphone IIm, I installed the pulg-in 'sss.ARM.cab', I found the files in application data > home > (sss.home, start.wav and stop.wav files), it only sounds when I turn on the phone, but shut down the phone has no sounds, why ? if I want change the Start or shut down wav, what should I do ?

Pls help ! :o
