SPV E200 Problems

Hey! i kno you proably get annoyed with newbies like me! but i got my first smartphone on sunday (the spv e200) with help from a mate i got it working on O2 but i kno cant figure out how to app unlock it and also change the internet settings to get it working

i have tired some stuff but it isnt working! please could you help me!

and got the e200 of my bro! hes got the c550 now..so i got the old one :o

Hello,

you have to make at least one connection with your phone to the internet before you try the app unlocking from your desktop computer. Alternatively you can email the imei to [email protected] and they will email back an application unlocking application specifically for your phone.

cheers..thats why it didnt work!! could they tell that i am not on orange if i do that? or not? might osund stupid but i don't know alot of deep stuff about phones!

I don't think it matters if you're on Orange or not, but you do need to register your IMEI with them. There are alternative methods in threads pinned at the top of this section.

yup - you dont need to access the website through the phone or contact orange to do this

if the database doesnt recognize your IMEI then phone orange. thats all you need to do!
