Hello,

I Have tried to download Fireplayer using my SPV C500 but it seems that it won't log on to wap sites, when i try to go on to http://wap.orange.co.uk/r/fireplayer it just comes up with the http://wap.orange.co.uk page telling me i need an orange phone to enter the site? Well i have no idea why its not working any one got any reason my phone will not log on to wap sites?

Well i was also wondering if there is an alternative, i i.e downloading fireplayer off a website then installing it on my phone through activ sync?

Welcome to the forum :o

Are you saying that you're not with Orange ?

In that case you won't be able to download the player from them. I don't know if other operators offer the service but this application is only available for Orange customers from the Orange World website. You cannot download it from anywhere else.

Hey and thanks but i figured out the problem:

You don't just go into internet explorer then type in the address you have to go into the orange folder then click orange world, so i got fireplayer now! yay!! but no tracks :'( £3.50 is a bit steep, anyone know where to get tracks for it for free?

You can only get them directly from Orange World :o

Fireplayer uses a format not used elsewhere.
