programs keeps closing out

say if i have file explorer open, its closes in 10 seconds. i've tried changing to registry, but that made no diffrence. any ideas whats wrong?

I think it is the power management thing kicking in. Go to the Home Screen option under Settings and change it to timeout to Never or After 5 min. That should work.
