Guest juice_e Posted September 29, 2005 Report Posted September 29, 2005 I downloaded a few divx movies of the net and encoded them. One movie i used PocketDivxEncoder and the other one i used a different program. Both of these files i copied on my Audiovox SMT 5600 and i openned them using TCPMP and they played beautifully but no sound at all. I openned one of them in windows media player on my phone and it played but very slow and choppy but there WAS sound. Anyone know what is wrong. There are NO error messages, just no sound. I checked all the options and they all look fine. Also, i installed all the plugins that were on the TCMP website.
Guest martin Posted September 29, 2005 Report Posted September 29, 2005 Not sure but... Check the Options-Audio in TCPMP to make sure that Audio driver=WAV output ? Check Options-Settings, Select page-Advanced and make sure 'Use system Volume' is ticked and that the audio settings are turned up on the side of the phone. Check the media info and confirm that TCPMP recongnizes the audio format. I can't think of anything else that would cause loss of audio :|
