so i just recently installed agile messenger on my phone and i was wondering why it isnt working. i type in my aim adress/pw and all it does is say registering for a very long time. i get tired of waiting so cancel it

Does your GPRS connection allow Messenger programs ?

Does Messenger work with the pass through connection ?

Connect phone to USB and from phone go to Settings-Data connections and set 'Internet connection : pass through connection'.

OK, GPRS (General Packet Radio Services) basically allows you to send and receive data over your mobile network. When you access MSN Messenger you will probably notice a small G appear next to the signal bars. This indicates an active GPRS data connection.

A pass through connection will allow your phone to use your PC's internet connection instead of using GPRS.
