Guest echohead Posted October 1, 2005 Report Posted October 1, 2005 I have a C500 and it keeps warning me that I am down to low memory (1% left of 28mb). I have deleted all sms, e-mails etc and moved all photos to my storage card. I do not have any other documents, videos or programs and cannot understand what is taking up all the space as the only items left when using Task Manager are items on the phone as factory settings which I cannot delete anyway. Can anyone help ?? How can I free up more space ?? Thanks Andy :??: :?:
Guest martin Posted October 1, 2005 Report Posted October 1, 2005 You might also need to check the deleted items folders for Texts and SMS and empty the folders if necessary. I would go through Storage using File Explorer and look for any programs, photos, videos etc that have been stored to internal flash memory. Use Settings-Remove programs where possible. 27MB of files can't be that hard to find :o
Guest gpcarreon (MVP) Posted October 2, 2005 Report Posted October 2, 2005 Additional info... Check also \Storage\windows\AppMgr\Install for CAB files which failed to install. You may delete the cab files you see inside Install fodler. :o
