Hi

A friend sent his phone back because of the dust under the screen problem, they gave him a replacement and it has a new ROM version on and has Media PLayer 10 and other features

Where can I upgrade mine to the same

Tried searching but cant find any topics on this

Welcome to the forum :o

If you have a C550 you should already have WMP10 installed.

If you have a C500 you can get the latest software update from the Orange website. Look under Help & Advice, choose your phone etc.

If you have a different phone then let us know.
