URGENT HELP NEEDED

I got the Krome Iq 200(equivalant to Orange SVP E200)

Yesterday I installed Orneta Tester,LED & Speaking Alarm application from download section of modaco and today I got some file *.avi file from one of my friends(NOKIA 6600). When I switched off my phone and restarted it the restarting takes about 5min and when it restarts it pops up a query"This program from an unknown source which may not be worthy.Do u want to intall this program?" for any random dll file like t9ime.dll. After about 15 seconds the cell phone hangs ,no switching off nothing phone doesnot notify even if i call from another no.I both accepted and rejected the above query but the phone hangs.Within the 15 seconds i managed to delete the avi file but then active sync hangs on my pc. One more importang thing it keeps saying memory full which is not the case

What should i do? Master Reset or the Customer care.

What data will i lose in Master reset? Thanx in advance

It sounds like a master reset is the best way to go. You will lose your OWN data which has been saved to mobile internal memory but you will keep any data saved to SD card.

I expect you have just run low on internal flash memory and this has started to cause problems for many applications. The internal flash memory is used to store SMS, MMS, emails, temp IE data and many other things like temporary cab file storage prior to installation. I usually store everything possible to SD card and leave the internal memory completely free.

i tried the steps for master reseting. However the 3 color canary screen appears no mater how fast i press and hold the centre action key. Any other way ????

You have to press it at the right time.

Hold the 'Voice Memo' button down while turning on the SPV and then just as the phone start booting up let go. Then when you see the message 'press any key', press and hold down the action key only - presssing any other key, even by accident i.e up down left or right keys, will take you straight to the canary screen.

It doesnt work tried it about 3 dozen times, maybe its meant for only Orange E200.
