Guest martin Posted October 3, 2005 Report Posted October 3, 2005 I think you hold down the blue button on the MPX200. For MPX200 / MPx220 1. Turn off the phone 2. Hold the action button and power button 3. Press Left softkey select "YES" to Hard Reset
