Contacts Queries

I must be missing something, however all my contacts are showing up as

Bloggs, Joe

i.e. surname first

but if I edit a contact it shows up "Joe Bloggs"

Looked in all the menus and cant see anything

Also is it possible to select ALL contacts to either delete them, or beam via Bluetooth ?

I think this is something that needs to be changed in Outlook, not on the phone, but I could be wrong.

If you open the contact in Outlook, you'll see a field that says 'Display name as' or something very similar (not got Outlook on this PC). There will be a drop down box next to it, and the format you want should be there. Once you set it and sync your phone, it should display correctly.

Now how do I select multiple contacts to delete and/or beam ?
