Wi Fi on Qtek 8010?

I know that qtek 8010 isn't SDIO now, but could you confirm this information: SDIO now can be set up if the ROM supports it!!!

So if I upgrade ROM to any which could support SDIO now, then the Wi Fi miniSD card would work on my smartphone!?

Hi Karlux,

Although miniSD WiFi cards have started to appear, I'm pretty sure they won't work in your phone, as these cards are slightly longer, and thus wouldn't fit in the internal card slot. Also, as the card slot is right inside the phone, I should have thought the signal strength would be pretty poor, even if it would fit. It is possible I could be proved wrong on these points though.
