Unable to hard reset...

This is really bugging me now when I try to do a hard reset.

Whenever I press the voice recorder and power button, it enters the bit where you press the action key, but when I let go of the power key or voice recorder button, it suddenly jumps to the Canary screen without giving me chance to press the Action key ;)

Any ideas anyone because I'd really like to unlock my phone.

you dont need to keep pressing the record key, as soon as it says press the action key, let go of the record key and press the action key for 2 secs......hope that helps

This happened to me a few times

so I pressed the action button slightly after the recordpowerbuttons

then released all the buttons and the two second press option is there for me ;)

but the option dosn't stay there for long

Yeh you dont have long to hold the action button down!
