Help! My Phone Is Stuck!

My Qtek 2020 is stuck in Car Profile. I've already flashed the IPSM and reformatted it but it is still stuck in Car Profile. And no, no car device is attached. With the car profile:

1. there is no sound

2. if you answer a call, you will hear nothing and the calling party will hear nothing either

3. there is no vibration alert

I'm really having a difficult time, please help me. Thanks.

Check the connections on the phone as they are known to be delicate.

See if there is anything shorting out the terminals.
