Application Lock Program For Not Spv Users?

I have a T-Mobile SDA which I have flashed to the Orange SPV v4.1.1.4 ROM because of the bootloader. Now I would like to flash a T-Mobile firmware to it, but first I need to install a .cab before I can proceed.

Because of the application lock of the SPV Software I can't install that piece of software. I've searched this forum and I read that you could request a code by Orange for removing the application lock.

The only problem is the i-mei they want to have. I could give my i-mei but my i-mei is from a SDA phone and not from a SPV phone... so I don't get there unlock program.

So my question is, how do I delete the application lock when your phone is not a real SPV500? (like mine for real is a SDA) Thanks in advance.
