Guest feenster Posted October 9, 2005 Report Posted October 9, 2005 Hi all, I'm after an in-car holder for my C500. Can anyone recommend me one (preferably from eBay) - I don't want to spend too much, just need one that will hold it steady so I can use TomTom without getting a headache. What do you use? Matt
Guest evo99 Posted October 9, 2005 Report Posted October 9, 2005 I bought mine from here Handnav You will also need a Proclip car bracket to screw the phone holder to. Expensive, but an excellent product. eVo
Guest tsutton Posted October 9, 2005 Report Posted October 9, 2005 I use this http://www.mobilefun.co.uk/product/4303.htm Works great!

Guest pete1909 Posted October 11, 2005 Report Posted October 11, 2005 I use a magnet from Carphone Warehouse about £5. Stick the magnet to the Dashboard and The Metal Plate inside the battery cover. Works fine and doesn't affect signal, although I would prefer a holder that charges at the same time as TomTom really eats the battery. 8)

I adapted (re-drilled) a screen-sucker mount to the brodit clip, a great combination that I swap between cars as neccessary. Witchnut

Basicly I go for anything that uses suction to stick to the window - becuase alot of other holders include screws into the dash or sticky pads - OR even worse sticking a magnet near my phone :o
