After Hard Reset Smart V1 Cannot Change Profile

I did hard reset on my smart v1 after that I could not change the profile to normal or else. It's defualt to headset so whenever I use my smartphone I have to use headset too.

Anyone can help how to fix this problem, I have tried 2-3 times but it's still the same.

Hi there,

I'm the one who suffering the same problem as urs with my o2 xphone II

but i've yet to do the hard reset ( can't b hard resetted after hundreds of time, so still finding a way to hard reset it)

so need all kindly heart to help me out from there...
