I have set the regional settings langauge to english.

I have set the Locale to Dutch (Netherlands).

When I want to write an SMS I can't write Dutch letters only in English. So, I want the english OS with the dutch sms iTapp (T9) option.

Is there a solution ?

ROM update versions:

Operator: 0460.4060.0

Manufact: 1.400.0.0

Microsoft: 4.21.15101.0

language: 0.26016.0

File System: 4.21.15101.0

With kind regards,

I think that the English OS will default to the English Itap dictionary. You may be able to change this in your registry but I can't remember ever seeing the option. Try posting the problem as a general WM2003 problem in smartphone help and advice - you will reach more people that way and hopefully someone can help.

me found a nother romupdate in wich the dutch itap files (these are the files that are used for writing in a specific language...)

this update was 1.49

there i could change the language file for the T9 into dutch... (this options was somewhere hidden) but i don'tn know anymore how to do that.. since i've "upgraded" to the asian rom now ... wihc only has english itap

so.. my advise if you realy need the dutch files.. get the rom 1.49

good luck!
