Here's one I found on my own:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER

Control Panel

ExternalLCD (values)

0409

click on contents in Value Data

I changed where it says:

"SIM LOCKED

Enter PIN"

to have it read,

"SIM Locked!

Stupid moron..."

in the event there's a theft of my phone, as I have the SIM card locked which requires my pin whenever I turn the phone on.

...The moron is goona get the message...

Second change was from:

"Volume"

to read,

"LOUDER!!!"

Thus, whenever I wish to change the earpiece volume the external LCD will display "LOUDER!!!" rather than the customary "Volume". :o

Anymore registry tweaks will be welcomed...

Get rid of the branding screen IE. ATT Startup Screen

Create (it does not exist)

HKLM/Software/Microsoft/Splash Screen

CarrierTimeout=0

Memory optimizing

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Shell\LowMem\ProgramMem

Write 256 instead 80

ResetDivision change from 0 to 1
