Krome Iq700 Internet/mms Help

i just got a krome iq700 and will be using it in the united states on a cingular network and am having trouble getting the multimedia messages to download it says "unable to connect verify you have network coverage and try again" i kow i have converage because i had an mpx220 before this one and it worked fine but the mpx220 was a cingular phone and this one is unlocked to any service so maybe that has something to do with it. If anyone has had this problem or knows how to fix it please answer

hey jck,

regarding your iq700. Try to go to your data connections and edit it.

Copy the information from you mpx220. If you have cingular service,

it will be easy for you to copy it on you iq700

Is there any chance that you know how to master reset the iq700?
