Cheers M <{POST_SNAPBACK}> i have used 2 types, the one with the switch on the back, workable but old technology. i have just brought the one where you cut the sim and have a very small sims side by side. careful because my sim didnt work afterwards. take two phones because i tried all the dual sim options and it is a pain
Guest exfatman Posted December 6, 2005 Report Posted December 6, 2005 Nev, Do a search on Ebay for Ghost Dual Sim Universal' which will render a dual sim converter that holds two sims you dont have to hack up as I did firstly and destroyed an o2 sim completely. The above one I have now workes like a dream and you can manipulate it into a tight space behind the battery in the casing, with no damage to the sim unit at all. They fit most phones and PDA's so give it a go. I have a C500 which doesn't have much room at all and it will fit there. You can swap between the sims with a simple toggle of the flight mode on off function. Hope that helps. EFM
Guest TigerNet Posted December 6, 2005 Report Posted December 6, 2005 ...as far as I can find, they all need you to cut your SIM...can you give a link? Cheers Nick

Guest exfatman Posted December 7, 2005 Report Posted December 7, 2005 Here you go mate, cheaper even than I got it for!! Dont worry if your phone aint mentioned. The only one I found problems with was the Motorola phones when you have to slide the sims into a crevice holder other than the open or flip types, which is what this will fit. You may have to experiment a couple of times for the best position inside the phone that doesnt pressurise the casing and keyboard too much. I found on the C500 putting it near the original sim put undue pressure on the keypad and some of them would not work. Just above the Mini Sd card seemed to work best and now everything works a treat!!! http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/DUAL-TWIN-2-SIM-CARD...1QQcmdZViewItem Cheers, EFM. :)
