SMT5600: Hard reset, now installation problems

I recently did a hard rest on my ATT branded unlocked 5600. My Cingular SIM works fine but not the phone won't install cabs or other software thats not certified.

Any suggestions??? I'm in a real tight. Before I could install anything.
