Imate SP5 Problems with Exchange Synchronisation

Hello,

my new Imate SP5 with WM5 has a problem to connect to an Exchange Server with a SSL Connection. Without SSL it works fine, but when I use SSL, no way.

I know, that SSL uses Certificates und my server root certificate isn't known by my imate, but when I want to install the cert, the imate says that i have no permission.

The tool certchk/DisableCertChk works fine with WM2003 but not with WM5.

Are there any user out there that use their imate SP5/WM5 with Exchange Syncronisation?

Any ideas?

Yes facing the same problem have tried settling it by reinstalling the application couple of times its synchronised couple of times but doesnt always work.

I am now facing a new problem that the Active Sync screen now doesnt show up at all. even if its connected.
